How We Farm
We use rotational grazing strategies informed by our years of work as ranchers and resource management professionals - and supplement our animals' diet with a sprouted seed fodder we grow right on the farm (think tasty wheatgrass!). Our approach produces proteins and energy that science says -
✓ Provide higher levels of healthy omega-3 fats✓ Have higher beta-carotene, iron, Vitamins D & E, and selenium levels ✓ More conjugated linoleic acid (CLA - beef)
...than conventional, confinement-raised, grain-fed meats.
We always make it a point to seek out your stand on farmers market days. Everything is so, so good! And service is always great!

My husband and I bought 2 steaks and a chicken at Eastern Market on Tuesday. Had the steaks Wednesday and they were delicious! Can't wait to try the chicken. Thanks for doing markets year round! I will try to make it a regular visit!
All the meats, poultry, eggs, cheeses, and prepared dishes are always fresh and delicious. The sausages are sugar free and have clean ingredients, the beef is tender, and the poultry is juicy.
